No! We can't see your phone number, name or profile picture.
Where can I get the welcome voucher?
You can find the welcome voucher in our WhatsApp channel that you have subscribed to. We regularly post the code in the feed so that it is always available for new subscribers. Just scroll through the channel and you'll find it. We wish you lots of fun!
Why is it important to activate the bell?
You can activate the bell at the top right of the channel. If it is activated, you will receive the messages from us directly. As we are always giving away voucher codes spontaneously and have other giveaways, users with the bell activated will be informed immediately and can redeem the codes if they are still available.
The voucher code from the channel is not working. Why?
The voucher codes we share in the channel are one-time codes*. The "first come, first served" principle applies to such codes, i.e. whoever redeems the code first can also use it. So it pays to be quick. Once the codes are shared on the channel, they are valid until they are redeemed. Once they have been redeemed, they cannot be used again afterwards.
