Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to make changes to orders that have already been placed, as we always strive to process them as quickly as possible.

Delivery status of your order: How to find it

Your order will be shipped within Germany via DHL and to Austria by GLS. With the tracking number you receive in your shipping confirmation email, you can track the current location of your package online at any time. If you do not have access to your shipping confirmation email, you can also check the status of your delivery via the "My Account" section of "My Orders".

Shipping time information

For orders shipped to Germany and Austria, the estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days. Orders shipped to other countries usually reach their destination within 1-2 weeks. Please note that this information depends on the capacities of the respective shipping service providers and in exceptional cases the delivery time may be extended.

Shipping costs: Free from 50€

For orders over 50€, shipping within Germany and Austria is free. If the value of the goods is less than 50€, a shipping fee of 3.90€ will be charged for deliveries in Germany and Austria.
