Highlights from the world of Star Trek
An absolute classic is the original U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 from the original series, a heavy space cruiser of the Constitution class, which is put into service in the year 2245. In 2265, under the legendary Captain James T. Kirk, the world-famous 5-year historical research mission begins.
Almost thirty television years later, the mission takes place on board the U.S.S. Voyager NCC-74656, a star ship of the Intrepid class. On the maiden mission in the year 2371 under Captain Kathryn Janeway, the spacecraft is moved into the Delta Quadrant, 75,000 light years away from Earth. A long, exciting and dangerous journey home is imminent - pure adventure.
The cinema relaunch with the Star Trek films from 2009 is moving on a new, alternative timeline. Based on the familiar exterior, yet completely new, visually modern and designed for the action-packed events, the spaceship Enterprise is also designed.
With these three high-quality and presentable models, Star Trek fans of all generations get their money's worth, both when building and playing. And a well-placed, beautifully presented model always offers a welcome opportunity to address a beloved topic.
