F-15C Eagl

The further the Vietnam War expanded, the more it became clear that the needs of the Navy and the USAF could not be satisfied with a single aircraft design. The USAF placed particular emphasis on extra strength and maneuverability in its air superiority fighter needs. After several suggestions, the F-15C Eagle was put into service in 1978 as the selected design. It has a record of 100 wins and 0 losses in air combat.
